REFUND POLICY

Important: Cancellation requests cannot be accepted once the fulfillment process has began.
Returns are only accepted if the order meets our return and refund requirements. To receive a refund, the item must be returned to us. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.
To Be Eligible for a Return

2.The products must be unopened, unused, and unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
What You Need to Provide
A. Please let our customer support team know if your order is within the 30-day return guarantee period.
B. If the item is damaged, please provide clear photos or videos showing the issue. These materials are required as proof of damage. Otherwise, the product must be within the guarantee period and returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
C. Please provide the tracking number and the name of the shipping courier used for the return. The tracking number is required as proof that the item has been returned. Returns may not be accepted if the warehouse cannot identify the package without tracking information.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
A. Contact our customer service team by sending an email to our support team.
B. If the product is damaged, please send clear photos/videos of the item along with screenshots showing the issue. If the product is still within the guarantee/warranty period, please inform our customer support team. Otherwise, the product must be within the return period and returned packed, unopened, and unused.
Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (PayPal or credit card).
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once you contact us and your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to review the issue promptly and make it right as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address or Incomplete Information
We are not responsible for packages that are returned, delayed, or disposed of by the shipping carrier due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. In such cases, the customer assumes full responsibility for any issues arising from inaccurate or insufficient address details submitted at checkout.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
